Here’s a limited edition, uniquely curated treats box for the special Dad’s (or for any of us, because we all deserve a special treat sometimes!!) in our lives!!
I am REALLY excited about these flavours!! Here’s what makes up the box:
Pretzel Butterscotch Bar: pretzel shortbread + dulce de leche + brownie butter butterscotch blondie + thiccc caramel + chocolate ganache, topped off with a pretzel. This bar has it all, honestly it is 11/10!!
Chocolate Guinness Bar: a riff off the well loved Backseat Barista bar from Mother’s Day, this cookie bar is made on an Oreo crust, with layers of chocolate espresso cookie, brownie, then a Guinness cheesecake (!) and finally, salted caramel and a drizzle of milk chocolate... Yeah!! It's as epic as it sounds!
Chocolate-dipped PB Caramel Sando: 2 perfect peanut butter cookies, held together with a peanut butter ermine buttercream (not too sweet!!) and it's filled with a peanut butter salted caramel sauce. The Sando is finished with a dip into semi-sweet chocolate and a sprinkling of crushed M&M's for some texture. This thing is perfectly balanced in sweet + salty!
Maple Whisky Bacon Sandwich cookie: 2 dreamy maple bacon cookies held together by a Canadian Whisky smoked-buttercream, filled with a smoked butter pecan toffee sauce!!
Guinness & Golf: this is a CBK staple! We make a giant double chocolate NY style cookie, topped with a Guinness ganache glaze, dipped in "grass" (sprinkles) and topped with a white chocolate golf ball filled with a Guinness caramel sauce! Honestly this is one of my all-time favourite flavours!
PB&J: A simple classic. A peanut butter cookie, double STUFFED with strawberry jam and creamy peanut butter. Each cookie is rolled in a toasted bread crumb to take it to the next level!
