Collection: Stuffed Cookies

Stuffed cookies are our bread and butter! We prepare each dough in-house and weigh every cookie to 145 grams (just over 5 ounces!) before adding the 'stuffing', which are also typically made from scratch and baked in-house (except for the obviously store bought fillings, such as the Reese Cup). These cookies are soft and doughy, and packed with flavour!

They can be heated up (microwave for 15 seconds, or better yet, air fry for 3 mins!) for a delicious, warm cookie experience, though we recommend trying them at room temperature first to get a sense of all the flavours each cookie has to offer! We also suggest cutting them into quarters and keeping them in the freezer and eating them from frozen! (I find this the best way to have the chocolate-based stuffed cookies!)
