This Sandwich cookie is made with 2 perfect peanut butter cookies, held together with a peanut butter ermine buttercream (not too sweet!!) and it's filled with a peanut butter salted caramel sauce. The Sando is finished with a dip into semi-sweet chocolate and a sprinkling of crushed M&M's for some texture. This thing is perfectly balanced in sweet + salty!
