Can't celebrate Valentines without chocolate + strawberry! Our version cooks down fresh strawberries into a syrup to add to our double chocolate base (IYKYK - ours is dense and rich but not too sweet!) that we mix with milk and dark chocolate, and we've filled each cookie with a chocolate strawberry brigadeiro (an infamous Brazilian/Portuguese treat)
