We made two flavoured cookie doughs (lemon and raspberry) and swirled them together, sandwiched them with a dreaaaamy lavender blueberry buttercream, and filled them with a blueberry lemon curd! This cookie is so light and refreshing - and reminds me that warmer days are ahead!!
