This years Easter Box is absolutely elite - I am so proud of each of these creations (ok, maybe the Cream Egg one isn't so original...but still so yummy!!). I seriously can't pick a favourite from the 6 options!! (Jk - I think I can. It's the Bad Bunny Bar. Or maybe the Carrot Cake Sando... but also the Triple Chocolate!!)😅
What I'm really saying is - you gotta try them all!!! Here's what they're made up of:
Bad Bunny: A decadent Cookie Bar made with a mini egg chocolate chip cookie base, a layer of thiccc Nutella caramel, our signature fudgey brownie, Nutella ganache glaze and a housemade marshmallow bunny!
Lemony Snicket: A stunning Cookie Bar made on a lemony shortbread base with a layer of Biscoff cookie butter and crushed up Biscoff cookies. Next is a brown butter blondie layer with white chocolate and caramelized white chocolate chunks, topped with a lemon bar layer and a Biscoff glaze, and finally decorated with a lil' birds nest coconut macaroon! Like how cute is this bar!??!
Carrot Patch: This Sandwich cookie is made with 2 perfect Biscoff cookie butter cookies, held together with a Carrot Cake ermine buttercream (I am extremely proud of this recipe hehe) and it's filled with a carrot salted caramel sauce... yes, I know, it sounds a little strange, but honestly it's yummy I swear!!!
Spring Fling: We made two flavoured cookie doughs (lemon and raspberry) and swirled them together, sandwiched then with a dreamy lavender blueberry buttercream, and filled them with a blueberry lemon curd!
Cream Eggsplosion! Can't celebrate Easter without a Cadbury Cream Egg! We've taken this decadent treat and wrapped it with our signature Stuffed cookie dough - packed with high quality Belgium milk chocolate and delicious Skor bits!
Bunny Business: One of my all time favourite cookies - this double chocolate base is packed with milk chocolate and Hershey's Eggies, and is double STUFFED with our signature brownie + a rich chocolate ganache. We've then amped up the decadence and topped each cookie with a semi-sweet chocolate glaze and MORE crushed up Eggies!
