This years Mother's Day box is absolutely overflowing with delicious treats!!
Each box contains 1 of each of the following:
Backseat Barista Bar: A decadent Cookie Bar made on an Oreo crumb base, with a layer of espresso cookie dough packed with milk chocolate and coffee crisp bars. Next comes a rich brownie layer, topped with a coffee cheesecake, and finished with a salted caramel glaze and a drizzle of milk chocolate. This Bar is too die for!!!
Mango Margarita: A stunning Cookie Bar made on a lime infused shortbread base with a layer of orange & white chocolate ganache + an orange cake crumb. Next is a gooey, white chocolate and lime blondie, with a mango curd on top. To finish, the bar is topped with a tequila glaze with a sprinkle of flakey salt and a fresh zest of lime. This Cookie Bar is a work of art, honestly.
Strawberry Dubai Sando: This Sandwich cookie is made with 2 perfectly chewy pistachio cookies, dimpled with freeze dried strawberries. The cookies are help together by a chocolate strawberry buttercream made with a fresh strawberry compote, and the Sando is filled with the infamous pistachio cream + toasted kataifi filling! This Sando is a banger!! (contains tree nuts)
Lemon Meringue Sando: An ode to the spring weather, this Sando is light and refreshing! 2 graham based cookies are infused with lemon zest, held together by a light and airy italian meringue, and filled with a zingy lemon curd. I could eat one of these every day!
Chocolate Cheesecake Stuffed: A HIGHLY requested return flavour + one of my all-time favourites! This cookie is sooooo decadent and rich, yet balanced with the bitterness of the black cocoa! This dough is packed with milk chocolate, skor bits, and mini rolo's and is STUFFED with a housemade chocolate cheesecake! (contains tree nuts)
Raspberry Champagne Stuffed: This cookie is almost too pretty to eat!! (but not quite hehe). I've taken our signature snickerdoodle base and added a fresh raspberry syrup to slightly flavour the base, and we're stuffing these with an absolutely stunning raspberry champagne truffle (yes, this does contain the alcohol, however it is cooked off!). The cookie is finished with a raspberry cream cheese glaze and a heart insert filled with raspberry champagne juice!
