Mmm, a tangy and refreshing cookie that's perfect on a warm and sunny day!
This cookie is made with:
- white chocolate
- teddy grahams
- fresh lime zest and mint (from my garden!)
& is stuffed with a lime tart and a rum meringue, and then rolled in a mint-lime-sugar!
