This bar has it all, honestly it is 11\/10!!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eChocolate Guinness Bar:\u003c\/strong\u003e a riff off the well loved Backseat Barista bar from Mother’s Day, this cookie bar is made on an Oreo crust, with layers of chocolate espresso cookie, brownie, then a Guinness cheesecake (!) and finally, salted caramel and a drizzle of milk chocolate... Yeah!! It's as epic as it sounds!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eChocolate-dipped PB Caramel Sando: \u003c\/strong\u003e 2 \u003cem\u003eperfect\u003c\/em\u003e peanut butter cookies, held together with a peanut butter ermine buttercream (not too sweet!!) and it's filled with a peanut butter salted caramel sauce. The Sando is finished with a dip into semi-sweet chocolate and a sprinkling of crushed M\u0026amp;M's for some texture. This thing is perfectly balanced in sweet + salty!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eMaple Whisky Bacon Sandwich cookie: \u003c\/strong\u003e2 \u003cem\u003edreamy\u003c\/em\u003e maple bacon cookies held together by a Canadian Whisky smoked-buttercream, filled with a smoked butter pecan toffee sauce!! \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eGuinness \u0026amp; Golf: \u003c\/strong\u003ethis is a CBK staple! We make a giant double chocolate NY style cookie, topped with a Guinness ganache glaze, dipped in \"grass\" (sprinkles) and topped with a white chocolate golf ball filled with a Guinness caramel sauce! Honestly this is one of my all-time favourite flavours! \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003ePB\u0026amp;J: \u003c\/strong\u003eA simple classic. A peanut butter cookie, double STUFFED with strawberry jam and creamy peanut butter.
