This ginger molasses dough contains:
- Caramel chips
- Crushed Biscoff Cookies
- Homemade Cinnamon Chips
& is stuffed with Sticky Toffee Pudding! This cookie is a MUST TRY (I mean, if you're into soft, gooey, caramel-y, spiced cookies)
PS. All stuffed cookies FREEZE well! Just take them out to come to room temperature an hour before you want them, or simply pop them in the oven at 350 degrees for 4-5 minutes, OR if you're like me, you can also eat them directly from the freezer!
