OKAY, THIS COOKIE - first I want to thank those of you who suggested I make a cookie with sticky toffee pudding. It is soOooOooOoo good!!! And in this cookie it's even better!
Ok so, this ginger molasses dough (different dough than the vegan cookie) contains:
- Sea Salt Caramel Chips
- Crushed Biscoff Cookies
- Homemade Cinnamon Chips
& is stuffed with Sticky Toffee Pudding! This cookie is a MUST TRY (I mean, if you're into the soft, gooey, caramel-y, spiced cookie thing)
PS. All stuffed cookies FREEZE well! Just take them out to come to room temperature an hour before you want them, or simply pop them in the oven at 350 degrees for 4-5 minutes, OR if you're like me, you can also eat them directly from the freezer!
