I figured I could share this wonderful treat with you guys who may be like me and must have cookies in your life, but also don't want to deal with the sugar-brain every day!
These cookies are healthy without tasting like they are (you know what I mean) and they pack 18g of protein per cookie!! They also qualify as gluten-sensitive as they are made with flour alternatives (almond and oat flour). They are available in full-batch quantities, which makes 8 cookies.
